BWE's Senior Land Planner is responsible for the management of Commercial, Mixed-Use, Retail, Entertainment, Residential, Industrial, Corporate planning and entitlement projects. The planner shall have an understanding of urban, suburban, and rural planning and land use principles and navigating the discretionary permit process for all municipalities in and including San Diego County.
The Land Planner will coordinate with BWE staff to provide service which exceeds our client's expectations. The Land Planner will develop new and maintain existing BWE client relationships.
