Experience

Mr. Newsom has performed forensic investigations, analysis and expert witness services on numerous residential and commercial projects located throughout the State of California, as well as Nevada and Arizona. Mr. Newsom’s experience includes site analysis and design, drainage analysis, drainage facility design, sewer analysis and design. Mr. Newsom is also an Engineering Geologist and has extensive geotechnical experience with design and construction of subsurface soil improvement and construction of surface improvements including culverts, bridges, roadways and foundations.
