A 12-story building with one level of underground parking. This private mixed-use development meets day care, transitional housing and affordable housing needs in the downtown area. Work included structural modifications to the existing Joan Kroc building for access to the new building. A child development center is located on the first three floors of the building, and totals 35,580 SF of indoor and outdoor space. It is intended for the homeless, impoverished children and their families, and will provide childcare services, after-school programs and adult services focused on empowering them out of homelessness.
