The new Charles Lewis III Memorial Park in the City of San Diego was developed on 5.79 acres. The development included the construction of entry plaza to the park, an 8′ wide decomposed granite path, and a bridge to span the existing drainage channel which runs across the site. The development also included a fenced dog park, a restroom structure, a concrete half basketball court, a picnic area, two playgrounds, and associated landscaping, and widening of Home Avenue along the length of the project frontage.
