A new school that includes four classroom buildings (three are 2-story), a new administration building, multi-purpose building and learning resource building, special education building, shaded lunch area, sport fields, basketball courts, playground, rooftop solar panels and an administration building. BWE also designed both on-site and public right-of-way improvements. The project also includes water quality, hydrology, and erosion control design. The school was designed once before in 2005 but was delayed and had to be reconfigured/redesigned due to endangered fairy shrimp found in the vernal pools on site. The school, scheduled to formally open in September 2015, is designed to serve approximately 700 kindergarten through sixth-grade students.The buildings encompass approximately 62,400 SF.
