Designed services for seven buildings (of which three were constructed) that form the Liberty Station Office District. Sustainable features include water efficient fixtures to reduce water usage by 30%, fossil filter inserts for stormwater quality control, roof slope and finishes to reduce heat island effect, locally sourced materials to reduce environmental effects of processing and transportation plus 10% of all construction materials were from recycled sources.
