The conversion of a K-8 school campus and a magnet middle school campus into a unified Transitional Kindergarten-12th grade campus. New buildings on the existing Logan campus include administration, multi-purpose with food service facilities, and a 2-story classroom building. The project also includes a new 7th-8th grade 2-story classroom and PE buildings. The high school campus includes a gymnasium, administration/library building, a new 2-story classroom building, and a 2-story locker and science building on the existing Memorial Prep campus. Three existing buildings will be remodeled into a theater, kitchen/cafeteria, and career pathways educational spaces. Additional amenities include a large athletic field with bleachers and a running track, two smaller athletic fields, hardcourt areas, play areas, lunch shelters, outdoor stage, parking areas, ADA upgrades, and a solar photovoltaic system throughout the project site. The scope of work included preparing public improvement plans along the project frontage and half-width street improvements with plan and profile, signing and striping, and traffic control.
