A design-build campus renovation project that included a student services activities center ($17,700,000, 2-story, 64,500 SF, LEED Gold), maintenance & operations building (19,000 SF, LEED Silver), campus security building (6,000 SF, LEED Silver), 500-car, 4-level parking structure, field house (18,160 SF, LEED Gold), stadium (4,000 seats) and extensive site improvements throughout the campus. The project was fast tracked and, at the time, was the largest design-build project undertaken by the District.
