The modernization of the existing Culinary Arts Building with a new building area of approximately 50,000 SF, and associated site development. The facility houses the college’s culinary arts facilities, including a servery, multipurpose dining room and instructional labs along with new classrooms, offices, and a lounge. An herb garden, solar power panels, and exterior plaza for outdoor events will also be incorporated.
