Miramar College Parking Structure & Police Substation

BWE provided design services for the demolition of an existing surface parking lot and a new 4-story parking structure and 5,000 SF police substation. The police substation includes a reception area, a conference room, office areas and a secure suspect processing area. The police substation was the first educational campus building to receive LEED Platinum Certification in San Diego County.
