This project involved replacing the existing stadium field and track with new a synthetic turf field and all-weather track, installing new accessible bleachers (1,600-seating capacity on the home side and 800-seating capacity on the visitors’ side); installing a new press box with elevator for Americans with Disability Act (ADA) accessibility; constructing a new athletic facilities building (approx. 3,648 SF) that includes a ticket booth, restrooms and concession stand for home and visitors; installing new stadium lighting, sound system, scoreboard, goal posts, new home and visitor entrance gates; and constructing a new athletic equipment storage facility (approx. 2,160 SF). Improvements were made to the existing sport facilities, which were needed in order to incorporate ADA elements.

In addition to the upgrades at the football stadium, the district will be installing new softball and baseball fields with new accessible bleachers, announcers’ booths and concession stands. The relocated softball field now have new synthetic turf, new accessible dugouts, plus a new backstop and fencing.
