BWE provided construction staking services for a new detention center of 350,000 SF. The 2-story facility is located on a 35-acre site in Otay Mesa, California. The facility has capacity for 1,482 prisoner beds and includes all necessary support spaces including a kitchen, dining hall, exercise yard, administrative space and courtrooms.
