A new, concrete 285,000 SF high-rise mixed-use residential development with 418 apartment units (25 1-bedroom and 368 studio), 15,300 SF of street-level commercial space, and two levels of subterranean parking garage with 81 stalls. The development will be restricted to households whose incomes range between 30% and 50% of area median income. Amenities include a fitness room, a large community room/ multipurpose space, offices for management and tenant services, a large open courtyard, open and covered terraces, a community garden, and a play area for children.
