Civil Engineering and Surveying. This $17 million project was a major transformation of the existing facility with a large new addition and renovation of the existing building. The existing unique and distinctive roof design was preserved and enhanced by the addition. BWE provided both the civil engineering and surveying services. Civil engineering included truck access to a new subterranean loading dock and design of overall site development.
