Woodburn Company Stores is a 400,000 SF outlet center that was constructed over 5 phases. With more than 85 stores, Woodburn Company Stores is the largest outlet center in the Pacific Northwest. The second phase of the project included three 1-story buildings of approximately 69,000 SF. Phases 3 and 4 included the construction of a single story shop building of approximately 23,400 SF total and single-story shopping center of 27,260 SF. The last phase includes the construction of two 1-story buildings totaling 41,500 SF.
