Expert Witness

BWE has been involved in forensic engineering for more than 30 years and our engineers have completed projects throughout the Southwestern Region. We have worked for both Plaintiff and Defense law firms representing a variety of project types. Collectively, our expert witness engineers have worked on more than 1,000 cases and have been deposed on approximately 50% of those.

Our experienced engineers specialize in the impartial analysis of structural and civil related issues for both residential and commercial projects to help resolve questions of causation and liability. We are qualified in the inspection of the physical evidence surrounding the incident, making an objective evaluation of the evidence, and communicating the significance of the evidence to non-technical persons.
