Canton Hills

The new subdivision site consists of approximately 16 acre. 13.8 acres of the site was previously developed as the “Home of Guiding Hands” and the remaining 2.2 acres as low-density detached housing. The structures within the site such as buildings, asphalt parking & roadways, and other paved and landscaped areas were demolished and cleared from the site. The site was re-graded and redeveloped with 67 single-family residential units and associated public improvements. Services included a hydrology report and hydraulic calculations to include hydromodification, design of detention basins and grading plans per hydromodification requirements, preparation of a SWPPP, calculations for Storm Water Maintenance Agreements and an Erosion Control Plan.
