Mesa College Social and Behavioral Sciences Building

A 3-story, 73,714 SF building that includes classrooms, lab spaces, faculty and administrative offices, lobby and exhibit space and supporting infrastructure. The building layout includes a series of courtyards that open towards the future Mesa College Quad and provide daylighting and natural ventilation opportunities to the majority of the interior spaces. Other site design features include on-site stormwater management and the use of drought-tolerant native landscaping. The project is Certified LEED Silver.
